What's included in the standard assembly service?

Assembly is carried out after the item has been delivered or picked up and must take place in the spot you plan to put it. Relocation of existing equipment is not included. This service doesn't include any rubbish removal or disposal of old equipment

Do I need to pay for assembly services upfront?

Yes. Full payment for assembly services must be received and cleared by Yardtopia before any assembly work can begin. This includes any additional charges for custom solutions that may arise.

What if I need to cancel my assembly appointment?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If no cancellation notice is provided and the assembler arrives at your location, a call-out fee equal to one hour of service will be charged.

Does Yardtopia perform the assembly themselves?

Yardtopia arranges for licensed third-party assemblers to carry out the service.

Do I need to prepare/do anything for the assembly?

You’ll need to be present to provide access to the installation site at the scheduled time and to make sure the space is clean, safe and ready for assembly. There must be enough room and clearance for the assembler to work efficiently and safely.

Will the assembler remove packaging after installation?

Assemblers will place packaging in a designated area on your property. If a skip bin is arranged in advance and is located within 4 metres of your property, packaging can be placed inside the skip.

Can I ask the assembler to relocate existing equipment?

This will depend on which service you’ve chosen, but if you need existing equipment relocated, contact us directly beforehand to see what can be arranged.

What if the product is damaged or faulty?

If the issue is with the product, contact Yardtopia directly. For poor workmanship, assemblers will undertake remedial work if reported within 7 days of completion.
